May I take this opportunity to welcome you to St Andrew’s Church of England Primary School. The school is continually responding and changing to offer the highest quality of education for our children. We have a very dedicated and highly qualified group of staff, who see their role very much as a partnership between you and your child.

Our web site is produced with the purpose of giving parents and carers information about St Andrew’s Primary School. The information given is correct at the time of writing and will be updated during the year.

Hopefully, our web site will answer some of your questions and help to explain the organisation and policies of the school. The web site is not intended as a substitute for personal contact with you, and we look forward to seeing you in school whenever possible.

Your contribution as a parent or carer is valued and needed. It is through working together that we can ensure that all the children have the support that they need throughout their stay at school. As a parent or carer you will understand how important your involvement is in the education of your children. To help with this, we arrange functions throughout the year for you to come and visit the school and to talk to the Classteachers. You are always welcome to visit the school at other times, but it would be helpful to arrange a time beforehand that is convenient for both yourself and the teacher concerned.
