Don't forget - this afternoon we have our Teams Meeting - we can't wait to see you soon!
|Session 1||Session 2||Session 3||Session 4||
1. Use relevant video below -
watch either Mrs Jackson's Group or Miss Cook's Group
2. Complete today's Education City activity
1. Start by watching this short video on BBC Bitesize about doubling.
2. Work through the PowerPoint below - make sure you pause after each question slide to give yourself chance to answer (the answer slides follow each time).
3. Choose a task to complete - there is a 1, 2 or 3 star challenge available.
For today's task, you need to choose a question card each time and work out the answer, using the ladybird (or a drawing of a ladybird if you are unable to print). You could use counters, buttons or bottle tops to represent the problem.
Remember, if you are unable to print the worksheets, you can work from the screen to answer the questions on your own sheet of paper.
At the end of the session, you could play this doubling game.
This week we are going to be working on our grammar skills.
For today's task, you are going to be thinking about using the word 'and' to join two sentences or phrases together.
Start by watching the short video on this BBC Bitesize page. There are also some activities on that page, should you wish to complete those.
Then, complete the sheet below.
As always, if you are unable to print the sheet, you can read the questions on screen and write your answers on your own sheet of paper.
For this session today and tomorrow we would like you to use what you have learned in science to make a model habitat.
You will need a box, a shoebox or cereal box would be fine.
Watch the presentation for the ideas and instructions to help you.
Remember to watch the presentation about different ways to attach paper.
Spend some time to draw your design first so that you can think about what you will need to make.
