Snow - Monday 8th February

Snow art afternoon. I would like you to spend sometime today making a snow sculpture instead of the STEM activity this afternoon. I will move the STEM activity to Friday afternoon. You may wish to get out in the snow this morning and compete maths and English this afternoon. (The English lessons all build on each other so it is important that you complete it). Please send your English work to me when you have done it. 

Please take photos of your snow sculpture and send them to me. Have great fun in the snow.

Maths -

Look at the work in each section and start at the place you feel is the most suitable for you. Think about which section you start on in class. Mark your work when you complete the section and correct any questions you may have got wrong. You will often have enough time to start working on to the next section.

English - 

Always read the instruction sheets first. If you use words from the sheet in your work then you must make sure you spell them correctly. It is important that you also maintain high standards of presentation and handwriting and ensure capital letters and punctuation marks are used accurately.

Please email me your English work everyday this week as well as Wednesday's Maths  and if possible, photos of your STEM activity from Monday's Science. I would be grateful if you could send the English and Wednesday's maths to me before 1.30p.m. as this gives me time to respond to your work before the end of the day.  Remember to date your work and keep it organised. I may ask for other pieces of work in as the week progresses.
