Year 2

Please find below a timetable of activities for this week. The green writing will take you to the relevant website.

Your Maths again this week is from 'White Rose Maths'  Please watch the video first.  There are worksheets that you can print out, or just look at and write the answers on your own paper.  We often use these  resources in school and over the next few weeks White Rose Maths will be covering the areas that you will need to get you ready for your move to Year 3.

Spellings.  Please practice every day.  Phonics Play games we have used at school and you will know the games well.  You will need to ask your grown up to set up an account - this is free using the username march20 and password home.

Remember you always need to ask your grown up before you go online. The website Think You Know has lots of advice about how to keep safe online.

For the next few weeks our English will be looking at nature poetry.  This week you have some poems to read and some worksheets about them. We will be writing and performing our own poem at the end of this unit of work.  For the online lessons there are worksheets to do if you do not want to do these online.  For the adjectives lesson there are lots to choose from, ask your grown ups to print or look at the ones that are best for you.

For Activity 4 you can choose online lessons or have a look at the sheet with suggestions for this week.  There are worksheets as an alternative for some of the online lessons if you would like them. Remember you can always use your own book or paper.
