Kids Club HQ is an online registration and booking software program used by St Andrew's for Nursery, Breakfast Club and After School Club sessions. We also use this system to invoice for JB Sports afterschool sessions and our annual residential visit.

With it you can use your computer, tablet or smartphone to:

• Check availability for a childcare club or nursery session
• Make and update bookings on-line
• Make a payment via the GoCardless system
• Check your account at any time

Payment Terms

Direct Debit – parents are initially required to set up a GoCardless mandate. This will allow you to make direct debit payments for your bookings, from your bank account. This is not a rolling, monthly direct debit. You must log in to your account and authorise a payment on each occasion that an amount is due. Once you have made a payment, it will take up to 5 days for the amount to leave your bank account. Payment must be made before your booking is confirmed.

Childcare Vouchers – these vouchers are offered as a salary sacrifice scheme through your employer. To make payment via this method, place your KCHQ booking and at the payment stage please select the ‘Childcare Voucher’ provider you intend to use then arrange your childcare voucher payment asap. The payment will be manually added to your account once the amount has been received into our bank account. 

Tax Free Childcare - if you’re a working parent or carer, you can get up to £500 every three months (up to £2,000 a year per child) to help with the costs of childcare. If your child has a disability, you can get up to £1,000 every three months (up to £4,000 a year per child).

You can use it to pay for childcare including:

• Breakfast and Afterschool Club
• Nursery
• Childminders and nannies

You cannot use it to pay for:

• residential or day trips
• JB Sports Club
• contributions towards school swimming lessons
• music lessons

To make payment via Tax Free Childcare,

• access your Government TFC account, select St. Andrew's Primary School from the drop down menu on the payment screen as the destination for your payment and send your payment to us                                                                                       
• once the payment has reached our bank account, we will add the amount to your Kids Club HQ account as an account credit                                                                 
• you can then make your booking and use the account credit as payment.  

If it is your first time using your Tax Free Childcare account it is helpful if you forward us your unique reference number, as this is the only reference that appears on our bank statement. This can be sent to enquiries@st-andrews-woodhall.lincs.sch.uk

Account Credit - If you have a credit balance on your Kids Club HQ account and the credit is the same or more than the amount due, you will get a payment option of ‘Account Credit’ which you can use to make payment. If the credit is less, this amount will automatically be taken from the booking total.
