How to order your child's milk

Child under 5 years old: your child is entitled to free milk funded by the UK Government’s Nursery Milk Scheme. Please indicate on the order form whether you wish your child to receive free milk on a daily basis. To process this order St Andrew’s will share your child’s name, date of birth and class details with Cool Milk. All information handled by Cool Milk is processed in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. The data will be stored securely on Cool Milk’s UK-based servers and will not be passed to third parties other than to UK Government departments for audit purposes. Child over 5 years old: your child’s free milk will automatically stop on their 5th birthday. At that point, please register with Cool Milk as per the instructions below and make payment at least 10 days before your child turns 5 if you wish for milk to continue and to ensure there are no disruptions to the supply. 

• Please visit www.coolmilk.com and select the ‘Register your child for milk here’ option on the main home page;
• After registration with CoolMilk, you may then make a pre-payment via your online account for the remaining half term, full term or academic year. You can also simply choose your own specified amount, should you wish to do so.
• Your child will then be registered and a pre-payment invoice will be sent out to you either via post or email so that payment can be made. The School Office will not take any payments in respect of milk.
• Once registered, you will receive reminders from Cool Milk regarding future milk orders for your child. 

Child over 5 years old and entitled to Benefit-Related Free School Meals: your child is also entitled to free milk. Please contact the School Office to let us know whether you wish your child to receive free milk on a daily basis. The school will arrange the ordering of your child’s milk.
