The senior leadership team work with the headteacher, and share the responsibilities for all aspects of school leadership and management. They are responsible for implementing the strategic plan agreed by the Governing Body.  In addition, they take an overview of teaching and learning and directing the work of groups of individuals, monitoring their work and taking corrective action when necessary.
